English translation

The fair one rolls up the beaded blind, sitting far within, her moth-brows knit.

Only the wet traces of tears are seen, who knows against whom her heart is bitter?

Meaning

The beauty rolls up the pearl blind and waits and waits, sitting on and on with her brows tightly knit. One sees only her tear stains wetting both cheeks; who it is she resents in her heart, no one knows.
