忆江南·衔泥燕
衔泥燕，
飞到画堂前。
占得杏梁安稳处，
体轻唯有主人怜，
堪羡好因缘。
Swallows carrying mud, flying to the front of the painted hall. They have taken a safe place upon the apricot beam; so light of body, and only the householder cherishes them — enviable indeed, a happy match.

本页沿用表格《忆江南》的题名；《花间集》作《梦江南》，正文“唯有”作“惟有”。“主人”指燕子栖居之家的主人，词中未明说其性别。燕子有安稳栖身处，又得主人怜爱；结尾的羡慕把咏燕转入对美好因缘的向往。
