别院深深夏席清
Deep in a quiet courtyard, the summer mat feels cool.
石榴开遍透帘明
Pomegranate blossoms glow bright beyond the curtain.
树阴满地日当午
Tree shade covers the ground at noon;
梦觉流莺时一声
Waking from a dream, I hear an oriole now and then.
诗里说了什么
幽深院落里，夏日竹席显得清凉，石榴花透过帘子映得鲜亮。正午树阴铺满地，午睡醒来偶尔听见黄莺一声。诗用少少声响写出闲静的夏日。
“觉”在这里读 jué，指睡醒；“流莺”指飞鸣的黄莺。“石榴”写盛开的花，不能全画成果实。
