望江南·梳洗罢
梳洗罢，
独倚望江楼。
过尽千帆皆不是，
斜晖脉脉水悠悠。
肠断白蘋洲。
Her washing and dressing finished, she leans alone upon the river-viewing tower. A thousand sails pass by, and none is his; the slanting light is tender, the water flows on and on. Heartbroken at the isle of white ping water-plants.

“蘋”是水草名，读pín；英文保留ping，不将它确定为浮萍。“脉脉”读mò mò，形容含情的样子。词调也称《梦江南》，本页沿用《望江南》。
