1. Who handles information
Poetry Buds / Tinggushi is operated by 北京希云文化传媒有限公司, which handles site accounts, delivery and support information. Privacy contact: [email protected]. Payment providers handle transaction information under their own privacy notices.
2. Accounts and orders
Sign-in uses a parent email, a verification digest of the code, its expiry, attempt counts and session records. Codes last 10 minutes and sessions up to 30 days. When purchases are enabled, we record order IDs, products, amounts, currencies, payment status, provider references, and the consent version and time for delivery, refunds, reconciliation and disputes.
3. Payment information
When Creem checkout is enabled, card and billing information is entered on Creem’s or its payment partners’ pages. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. The provider may send order, payment, refund and dispute status so we can update access rights.
4. Devices, local storage and security
Reading progress and motion preferences are stored locally in the current browser. Sign-in uses a necessary secure session cookie. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request logs and device information to deliver and protect the site. Sign-in rate limits use verification values rather than readable original identifiers. Clearing local records does not delete your account or orders.
5. Children and families
The service is for families accompanied by an adult. Accounts use a parent email. We do not request children’s names, dates of birth, photos or voice recordings and do not offer public child profiles. Parents should send support requests and avoid including children’s personal information.
6. Providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, database storage and private file delivery. Resend sends sign-in codes. When enabled, Creem handles payments and taxes. These providers may process information outside your country. We use necessary information to deliver the service, protect it and fulfil orders.
7. Retention and choices
Account and order information is retained for access, refunds, disputes and legally required transaction records. Codes and sessions stop working when they expire. You can sign out, clear local browser records or contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of account information. We verify your relationship to the account. Required transaction or dispute records may be retained, and deleting an account may end access to its online collection.
8. Contact and updates
Support messages and attachments are used to resolve your request. Avoid sending payment secrets or sensitive information about children. Material updates will be dated on this page. External sites linked from our service follow their own privacy policies.
