1. Operator and contact

Poetry Buds / Tinggushi is operated by 北京希云文化传媒有限公司, a company in China. Product and access support: [email protected]. Website: https://poetrybuds.com.

2. What S01 includes

S01 is a digital collection for families with children aged 2–5: 120 lessons in 12 thematic units, Chinese and English lesson pages, human Mandarin narration with music, voice-only repeat-along audio, poem text with pinyin, English explanations, family activities, an 11-page workbook and a three-page print pack for each poem. Workbooks are Chinese-led with English support. There are no physical goods or live classes. Future series, including S02, are separate products.

3. Free content and accounts

All 120 poem texts, pinyin, meanings and poet introductions are open to read. Thoughts on a Quiet Night is the only complete free lesson. The other 119 full lessons require S01 access. An adult should sign in with an email address they control and keep sign-in codes private.

4. Price, payment and delivery

Purchases are not open yet. The planned family price is a one-time US$59.90, with both language versions in one household licence and no automatic renewal. The price, taxes and total displayed before checkout govern the order. When Creem checkout is enabled, Creem acts as merchant of record for payment and tax processing. Enter payment information on Creem’s checkout. After payment is confirmed, S01 access is linked to the parent email account that created the order. A return redirect alone does not confirm access.

5. Household licence

One family licence permits members of one household to read and play online and download, save and print the workbooks for that household. Recordings, illustrations, page designs and activities may not be resold, publicly uploaded, shared through account access or distributed in bulk. Public-domain poem texts themselves are not restricted by this household licence. Schools and organisations should contact us for classroom use or student distribution rights.

6. Online access and files

Audio, activities and the bookshelf require an internet connection and a modern browser with audio support. Downloaded PDFs can be saved on your device. Reading progress is stored in the current browser; clearing site data or changing devices or browsers affects those records. Maintenance or faults may temporarily interrupt the service. Contact support with the poem title, page URL and a description of an access or content issue.

7. Immediate delivery and refunds

Before checkout, you will see the refund policy and a separate request for immediate digital delivery. After digital content is delivered, refunds for a change of mind or other personal preference are not offered. Duplicate charges, non-delivery and material differences from the description are handled under the refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Content and corrections

The poems and explanations are for family reading and cultural learning. Illustrations are AI-assisted and reviewed and arranged by a person. Mandarin recordings are performed by Jiang Xiaobei. Report text, pinyin or audio errors to support. We correct content over time; the licence and refund version shown at purchase applies to that order.

9. Applicable rules and updates

These terms, the refund policy and privacy notice describe our service. Transactions through Creem are also subject to Creem’s Buyer Terms. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence. Material changes will be dated here and will not retroactively reduce rights for existing orders.
