1. Scope
This policy covers the Poetry Buds S01 Family Collection of digital reading materials. Purchases are not open yet. The policy, product scope and payable total will be shown before checkout. Try the free Thoughts on a Quiet Night lesson to preview the recordings, activities and workbook format.
2. After digital delivery
S01 is a one-time digital content purchase. Once payment is confirmed and the full content is made available in your account, refunds for a change of mind, personal preference or a product feature clearly disclosed before purchase are not offered.
3. Issues we can help resolve
Duplicate charges for the same order or S01 access; a successful payment without delivery where troubleshooting cannot restore access; or delivered content that materially differs from the description shown at purchase. Email [email protected] with the purchase email, order ID and problem. We will review the issue and arrange access restoration, a correction or an appropriate refund.
4. How to request help
Send your order ID, purchase email and a description of the problem. Relevant screenshots may help. Do not send card numbers, security codes, email passwords or sign-in codes. Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider, normally to the original payment method. Arrival times depend on the payment network and card issuer.
5. Access after a refund
A confirmed full refund revokes the corresponding online S01 access and ends that household licence. Stop using and delete paid files obtained through that order. Partial refunds are handled according to the agreed resolution. Disputed or reversed payments may temporarily suspend access while the issue is reviewed.
6. Mandatory rights and immediate delivery
This policy does not limit refunds, withdrawal rights or other remedies required by applicable law. Where relevant, checkout will request separate express consent for immediate digital delivery and explain any resulting loss of withdrawal rights permitted by law. Mandatory remedies for defects and non-delivery remain available. Refunds through Creem also follow Creem’s Buyer Terms and procedures.
